Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of charity donations, refunds are given at the discretion of our management. Refunds are only made when unauthorized use of your payment card is proven. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

If you have made an error in making your donation through the online payment gateway, please notify us within one (1) working day of your donation as we need to do the required bank reconciliation before processing your refund request.

To request for a refund, please contact us at +6082 686363 or at +6010 268 6363 or alternatively send us your information (full name, contact number and address) along with the payment slips to Ms Kimberly Sim at kaakch@gmail.com. Please note that requests made later than two (2) working days since your donation will not be entertained.

It will take approximately one (1) to two (2) weeks to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

For our monthly donation program, you may cancel at any time. To request for cancellation of your monthly donation, please contact us at +6082 686363 or at +6010 268 6363  or alternatively send us your information (full name, contact number and address) along with the payment slips to Ms Kimberly Sim at kaakch@gmail.com. Please contact us one (1) week prior to the next monthly payment otherwise your credit card may be charged another time before cancellation.
